10/26/19: Socialist Party Chooses Howie Hawkins for President

“The Socialist Party USA is holding a national convention in Newark, New Jersey, October 25-26. On October 26, it nominated Howie Hawkins for president. Hawkins is also seeking the Green Party nomination, but he pledged that he will run in November as the Socialist nominee, even if he fails to get the Green Party nomination.”

I wish the Green Party would do what the Socialist Workers Party did in the early 1970’s, when they nominated Peter Camejo SUPER EARLY so he could run a 3 or 4 year campaign!
It was a great campaign! Peter was great, and I have the same feeling about Dr. Jill and Howie.
