Petitioning for party ballot access is already underway in the state of South Dakota, and we need volunteers to help collect signatures.The state requires we collect 3,392 valid signatures before August 4th, 2020 for independent ballot access.. This means we will actually need to collect up to 6,000 signatures. You can find the link to download and print the petition below. We recommend contacting your state lead coordinator before getting started.
Only those who are a registered voter in the state of South Dakota may collect signatures.
All petition packets must be notarized by a licensed notary.
THE NOTARY CANNOT SIGN PETITIONS. THIS COULD VOID ALL SIGNATURES ON THE PACKET.
