Signatures Challenged

We nee your help to pay our legal fees to defend out signatures and get on the ballot in Pennsylvania. 

Donate today and your donation, up to $250/donor, will be doubled by the government, as we are the only 2020 campaign to achieve Federal Matching Funds Status!

Volunteers had until August 3rd to collect 5,000 valid signatures in order to put the GPUS presidential candidate on the ballot in November. We turned in over 8,300, but the signatures have been challenged.

The state only requires the collection of signatures because the Green Party is recognized as a “minor party” in the state as opposed to a “major party”.  Whereas the two major parties do not have to collect signatures for placement on the general election ballot. Just another example of us being forced to jump through more hoops to even get on the ballot.
